PHILOSOPHY & APPROACH
So much of what we do happens without us consciously thinking about it.
We react. We repeat patterns. We fall into familiar roles and carry beliefs about who we are and what we're capable of.
My work is about slowing things down enough to notice what's really happening.
Why do I keep responding this way?
What do I actually need?
Where did this belief come from?
What am I taking responsibility for that isn't mine?
Awareness isn't about judging ourselves. It's about understanding ourselves because with greater understanding comes the opportunity to respond differently.
My hope is that our work together helps you develop greater self-understanding, acceptance and trust in yourself, while giving you practical tools to make meaningful change.
Understanding creates the opportunity for change
I look at the whole person — emotional, mental, physical and spiritual — while staying grounded in what is actually happening in your everyday life.
My approach draws on my experience in welfare, Childosophy and Soul Life Psychology to create sessions that are supportive, reflective and practical.
Spirituality can be part of our work if it's meaningful to you, but it isn't a requirement. You don't need to believe in chakras, energy or any particular spiritual philosophy.
We work with what feels relevant and supportive for you.
Sessions may explore emotions, relationships, boundaries, patterns, self-awareness and practical strategies you can take into everyday life.
My role isn't to tell you who to be. It's to help you understand yourself more deeply, so you can trust yourself to make your own choices.

Who I Work With
Different people. Different seasons of life. A space to understand what’s happening and find a way forward.

WOMEN & MOTHERS
You might be feeling overwhelmed, questioning yourself, navigating motherhood or struggling to find your sense of self amongst everything you hold for others.

CHILDREN & TEENAGERS
A supportive space to explore emotions, confidence, relationships, self-awareness and the challenges that can come with growing up.

WHEN SOMETHING DOESN’T FEEL RIGHT
You don't always need to know what's wrong. Sometimes you simply know something feels off and you'd like somewhere to begin exploring it.
