Hi, I’m Chloe
I’m passionate about helping women, mothers and children reconnect with themselves, understand the experiences that have shaped them and feel more empowered in the choices they make today.
I believe we all carry stories, beliefs and experiences that can influence how we see ourselves and the world around us. My approach is clear, intuitive and empowering, creating a space where you can feel supported to explore what lies beneath the surface and reconnect with your own inner understanding.
Whether you’re navigating a particular challenge, feeling stuck in an old pattern or simply know there’s more of yourself waiting to be discovered, I’m here to walk alongside you.
My Philosophy
Understanding creates the opportunity for change.
So much of how we think, feel and respond happens automatically. Together, we can slow things down, explore what's beneath the surface and make sense of what you're experiencing.
I take a holistic approach, drawing on my experience in welfare, Childosophy and Soul Life Psychology. Our sessions may explore emotions, relationships, boundaries, patterns, strengths and practical strategies that you can take into everyday life.
Spirituality can be part of our work if it feels meaningful to you, but it isn't a requirement. We work with what feels relevant and supportive for you.
Ultimately, my role isn't to tell you who to be or what to do. It's to help you understand yourself more deeply, so you can make choices with greater clarity and trust in yourself.

Who I Work With
My work focuses on women, mothers, children and teenagers navigating change, emotional challenges, relationships, self-worth and the many transitions life can bring.
For women and mothers, this might mean reconnecting with yourself, understanding patterns that keep repeating, setting healthier boundaries or finding your sense of self amongst everything you hold for others.
For children and teenagers, I provide a supportive space to explore emotions, confidence, relationships, self-awareness and the challenges that can come with growing up.
Sometimes you know exactly what you need help with. Sometimes you simply know that something doesn't feel right. Either way, that's enough of a place to begin.
