As you are gently guided into meditation, the soothing vibrations of Tibetan singing bowls create a calming environment, encouraging relaxation and helping to settle the nervous system. Throughout the session, experienced energy healers, Jeannie, Paula and Kylie will move around the room, offering gentle individual energy healing, allowing each participant to receive support in a way that feels right for them.

Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, emotionally depleted, or simply seeking a moment to pause, this class offers a nurturing space to rest, restore and receive.
