Energy Healing with Paula

Paula is an intuitive energy healer and the founder of Luminar Elixir Flower Essences, creating grounded spaces where women can reconnect and return to themselves.

Her work is for those feeling overwhelmed, emotionally drained or disconnected from who they are beneath the demands of everyday life. Each session offers an opportunity to let go of what no longer feels supportive and leave feeling calmer, grounded and more centred.

Blending intuitive energy healing with flower essences, Paula supports emotional clarity, balance and self-trust through a gentle, personalised approach. Rather than trying to "fix" people, her work creates space for the body, mind and energy to settle naturally, allowing each person to receive what they need in their own time.

Alongside one-to-one sessions, Paula facilitates The Reset Club at Geelong Wellness Collective—a twice-monthly meditation and energy healing experience designed to help people step away from the busyness of life and reconnect with themselves in a welcoming, supportive environment.
