Interactive Emotional Wellbeing Sessions

Service Description

These sessions are designed for one child or siblings, offering a gentle, supportive space outside of the traditional counselling setting. Rather than sitting in an office, sessions take place within the studio and include interactive, hands-on activities that help children feel safe, engaged and open to exploring their emotions. What Are These Sessions? Children’s Studio Sessions are child-led and grounded in safety. Each session is tailored to the individual needs of the child (or children), and may include: • Body awareness and grounding techniques • Emotional regulation tools • Creative and interactive activities • Confidence and self-esteem building • Strength-based support • Opportunities to explore and express feelings safely When siblings attend together, sessions can also support: • Building stronger relationships • Improving communication • Understanding each other’s feelings • Navigating sibling dynamics in a safe and supported way These sessions are not about “fixing” behaviour, they are about understanding what sits beneath it. We work with the body, emotions and nervous system to help children: • Feel safe within themselves • Build confidence and resilience • Develop emotional awareness • Learn practical tools to support everyday challenges Sessions are always guided at the child’s pace, with no pressure to talk before they are ready.
