Holistic counsellor, Childosophy® practitioner & mother of three, supporting emotional wellbeing through heart-led sessions for women, children & families. I blend body-based practices, nervous system support & emotional awareness to help you feel seen, safe, and connected — to yourself and those you love.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your booking, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a cancellation fee of 20% of the booking price, payable within 7 days of the scheduled appointment. This policy helps us manage our schedule and offer your spot to others who may be waiting. Thank you for your understanding.
