Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your booking, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a cancellation fee of 20% of the booking price, payable within 7 days of the scheduled appointment.
