This gentle and joy-filled workshop is designed to help children reconnect with their inner confidence and sense of selfbefore the new school year begins.
Rooted in the Solar Plexus chakra — our energy centre of personal power and action — this experience blends creative activities with movement, games and energy awareness to support children in building:
