This month's gathering will be a little different. Instead of a larger event, we're intentionally keeping it to just 10 women, creating a space where everyone has the opportunity to be seen, heard and contribute. Together we'll explore what self-care really looks like in everyday life. We'll share what's helped us through different seasons, learn from one another's experiences, and remind ourselves that we don't have to do it all alone. We'll finish the evening with a gentle guided meditation, herbal tea and something sweet and grounding.
