Through a combination of Self Reflection, Discussions, Yoga, Movement, Games & Meditation, classes are facilitated to allow self exploration, so children can discover they have all they need within themselves to rebalance physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually when life is challenging.

Pre Teen (Age 9-12)

5.15pm -6pm
 
Cost: 
$175 for Term Classes including Workbook, Handouts and use of Pure Wonder Yoga/Meditation Mat in class 
 
$250 for Term Classes including Workbook, Handouts & own Pure Wonder Yoga/Meditation Mat to keep (Valued at $110 each).
