Through a combination of Self Reflection, Yoga, Movement, Games & Meditation, classes are facilitated to allow bonding, self exploration and connection, with parent and child to discover together they have all they need to support balance physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually when life is challenging.

$30 Single Class Pass
 
$175 for 7 week Term Classes including Workbook, Handouts and use of Pure Wonder Yoga/Meditation Mat in class
