The Reset Club
A space where you can switch off from the outside world and simply be looked after for a while.
Each session begins with a gentle guided meditation before Paula moves around the room, offering intuitive energy healing as you relax. You'll also experience her handcrafted flower essences, carefully chosen to support emotional wellbeing and leave you feeling calmer, grounded and more connected.
